Clavimen Delivery Process

Total Delivery Time Your total delivery time consists of the processing time plus the shipping time. Processing time for your order will take 1-3 days. Please note that during weekends or holidays, processing may take an additional 1-2 working days.

Important Note: Due to high order volumes, processing times may occasionally be delayed. However, rest assured that we will work diligently to ensure your product reaches you as soon as possible.

Order Status Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping notification email. This email will include your tracking number and a link to track your order. Additionally, you can log in to your account page to view the current status of your order.

Shipping Fee Clavimen offers shipping only within Australia and internationally to select destinations.

Countries/Regions We Do Not Ship To: Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to certain countries and regions. This includes, but is not limited to, Afghanistan, Albania, Algeria, Angola, Argentina, Belarus, and several others.

Delays We strive to deliver your packages on time, but delays may occur due to reasons such as incorrect addresses, customs clearance issues, public holidays, or peak seasons. Your patience and understanding in such instances are greatly appreciated.

Import Taxes and Duties In some cases, international orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees. These charges, if applicable, are determined and collected by the customs office of the destination country. Customers are responsible for any such fees. Please note that Clavimen cannot declare purchased items as gifts or understate their value.
