At Clavimen, we value each customer and are dedicated to resolving any issues to ensure your complete satisfaction. All of our products undergo rigorous quality checks before being shipped.

If you have any issues or are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us directly. We will review your case and provide solutions, including instructions on where to send any returns.

Return Policy

Please do not return items without first contacting us for instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be processed, and refunds will not be issued.
Returns for online purchases (excluding final sale items and gifts) are accepted within 30 days from the date you receive your order.
Items must be unused, undamaged, and include all original tags and packaging. Failure to meet these conditions will result in non-refunded returns, with the customer covering all associated fees.
Contact us before requesting a return. We will respond with return instructions. Any return sent without our authorization will not be refunded.
If the product is not defective or has no quality issues, the return shipping cost must be borne by the customer.

Return Process

Submit a return request on the Contact Us page or email us at service@clavimen.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your reason for the return and any necessary photographs for verification.
Wait for our team to provide return instructions.
Securely pack the item(s) along with all original packaging.
Ship the package, ensuring you receive a receipt and tracking code.

Refund Process

Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned items.
The refund timeline depends on the payment method used:
- Credit card: Between 7-14 business days, depending on your credit card company.
Refunds will be issued to your Clavimen Wallet or the original payment account, per your request.
A confirmation email will be sent once your refund is processed.

Note: Clavimen is not responsible for failed delivery attempts due to incorrect consignee information or refusal of delivery. Please ensure your order details are accurate and contact support@clavimen.com promptly with any corrections.

Return Precautions:

Product packaging, including filler materials, must be intact, and all tags and invoices must be included.
Free gifts or clearance products cannot be returned or must have their value deducted if lost or used.
Coupons and discounts used at purchase will not be reinstated during returns; only the actual amount paid will be refunded.
Original shipping fees and shipping guarantees are non-refundable.

Order Cancellation:

Orders canceled within 6 hours can be fully refunded.
Orders canceled after 24 hours but not yet shipped will incur a 15% cancellation fee.
Orders cannot be canceled once shipped.

Return Shipping Fee Policy:

For returns due to quality issues, incorrect items, or missing accessories, Clavimen will cover the return shipping cost. Please pay the shipping fee upfront, and we will reimburse it after confirming the returned items.
If you choose to return an item for non-quality reasons, the return shipping cost must be paid by you.

Returnable Conditions:

Defective or stained products upon arrival.
Incorrect size or color received.
Items that do not meet expectations (unworn, unwashed, unused) within 30 days of receipt.

Exchanges:

Exchanges are available. Submit a request on the Contact Us page or email us at support@clavimen.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Conditions:

Failure to contact Clavimen within 30 days from receipt.
Loose threads, raw edges, minor color differences, or touch issues due to monitor display.
Returns due to changes in personal preference or incorrect purchases.
Damage from improper use, maintenance, or human factors.
Used, washed, damaged, or stained items that affect resale value.
Clearance and sale items.
Lost invoices; please return with the original invoice.
